Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We may receive information you submit through forms, including your name, email, phone number, business details, service areas, and request details. We also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the site. Google Analytics loads with analytics storage denied by default; optional analytics storage is enabled only with your consent. Cloudflare Web Analytics operates without cookies.

How we use information

We use information to operate the directory, respond to requests, connect inquiries with the selected provider, maintain listings, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Contact inquiries and personal data in listing requests remain in active application storage for 35 days. On day 25, we send notice that automatic deletion will occur in 10 days and cannot be postponed. Personal data is removed from active application storage at day 35.

Cloudflare may retain platform-managed restorable history for the retention window of its services. Removal from active application storage at day 35 therefore does not promise irreversible deletion from all Cloudflare-managed recovery history on that date.

Service providers and disclosure

We use infrastructure, security, email, and measurement providers that process data on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction.

Your choices

You can decline optional measurement in the privacy notice. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email support@processserverfinder.com.
